Here are THREE reasons to invest in a Mini Session:
BUDGET. Mini sessions are an incredible way to get portraits of you family taken, that otherwise might have been out of your budget. Because we are able to fill our day with portraits for multiple families, it grants us the opportunity to offer appointments at a fraction of the time for a fraction of the cost. For many, this means the ability to convince your significant other to attend quarterly and even monthly mini appointments!
The total investment for each reserved appointment time is $395 + tax. Reservations are made below with your non-refundable reservation.
ATTENTION SPANS. Kids, Husbands, dogs, and newborns like to live an unpredictable sort of life (lol)! Boredom can set in quickly, along with the occasional full-halt. Less time means less bribery and less worry if everyone is going to cooperate as planned.
PLEASANT GALLERIES. Even with less time than a full portrait option, mini sessions still offer a plentiful gallery for you to choose your complimentary images from! Our clients can expect to choose from anywhere between 25 and 55, finalized images per mini appointment reserved.
Upon receipt of your order, Rebecca’s Team will confirm your appointment by:
1. Sending an introductory appointment confirmation via Google Calendar;
2. Presenting you with your Document Portal which will contain your portrait agreement to sign, and a digital receipt of your investment along with tools and guides to help you prepare and plan for your upcoming appointment with Rebecca;
3. Consult with you about your dream portraits — what your expectations are, what questions you might have for me to answer, and anything else that comes to mind;
4. Send you the link and instructions on how to load your private and personalized app to your cell phones home-screen;
5. Setup a virtual consultation appointment for us to plan your perfect portrait experience!

My Clients receive their completed galleries typically within ten days of their appointment. This turnaround time may adapt due to specific seasons of the year in which become more densely booked with appointments. We offer group text communication within the entire team, email access to all members of our team, and timeline check-ins.

Should you want more time, to change outfits, or to accommodate any group of participants of SIX or more, I recommend purchasing a minimum of TWO appointments.
Steer clear of fluorescent colors, bright patterns; think creamy, bold, and layered, textures!
I LOVE texture, I LOVE layers, and I LOVE jewelry and small details. Blankets are always nice to snuggle into/onto, and I find it utterly darling when littles bring their favorite stuffed toy, doll, or parallel. Otherwise, leave the “props” at home; my focus is targeted on connection, not trinkets or material things. I highly recommend wearing velvets, laces, knits, and rich colors.
All monies submitted are non-refundable. A majority potion of all proceeds benefit local charitable organizations, AFSP, and Autism Speaks. Time may be altered if availability allows, sessions may also be transferable simply email info@beauxandarrows.com with any questions before purchasing. Should your appointment time need to be altered due to scheduling needs, venue preferences, system errors or other, written notice will be promptly delivered and remedied as close to your original time as possible.
Rain-dates are presented under weather or health related obstacles that would either jeopardize child-tolerances or cause damage to equipment. Additionally, it is your responsibility to dress appropriately for the weather; cold noses make for unhappy faces and do NOT photograph well.
Appointments are scheduled & offered back-to-back in ten-minute increments. If you arrive late to your appointment, the time will be forfeited. If we are able to relocate your appointment or offer a partial of your existing, we work our hardest to do so but we are not obligated to do so.
