Maine Family, Wedding & Boudoir Photographer
Fine-Art Portraiture & Creative Consulting by Rebecca Pinkham
Whether photographing your wedding, rebranding your business, documenting a growing family, or honoring a life well-lived, the result is the same: exceptionally meaningful imagery that celebrates who you are.
Internationally Published Photographer, Author, & Creative Consultant
Rebecca Pinkham-Stevenson
Rebecca and her Husband, Jacob, reside dually in midcoast and central Maine with their American Bulldog, Rosie. In her free time, Rebecca can be found with Jacob and his loving family, studying a new subject, tending her houseplant-jungles, or growing her perennial gardens. Together, Rebecca & Jacob are active “do-ers” — operating multiple businesses from photography to real estate consulting; to estate management and marketing strategy.
As a staunch optimist, she believes: to define is to limit, and that the most incredible thing about miracles is that they happen. With nearly two decades of creative leadership paired with extensive academia, you will be uncommonly heard, you will be vigorously celebrated, and you will be beautifully prioritized from start to finish.
Serving All of Maine, The White Mountains, Boston, and Providence, RI

I am a fine art photographer specializing in emotionally evoking imagery. I also offer in-depth, comprehensive marketing strategy and creative consulting to individuals and organizations alike.
My Portraiture experience is vast and expansive. I photograph weddings, elopements, engagements, families, births, maternity journeys, milestones, cake smashes, lifestyle branding, landscapes, and boudoir portraits.
As a creative consultant, my strength lies in narrative clarity, pattern recognition, and strategic restraint. I help individuals and brands identify what is true, remove what is misaligned, and build forward with intention. Drawing from lived experience, long-form storytelling, and more than a decade of creative leadership, I translate emotion into structure; supporting clients through transition, growth, and repositioning with care, precision, and depth. My work focuses on integrity, longevity, and authority rather than trend or performance.

A creative consultant is a forward-thinking creative manager with a propensity to conceive and bring new ideas to fruition to enhance the impact of marketing and promotional projects.
They are accomplished in uncovering new opportunities, influencing decision-making, driving productive change, and directing strategic development for clients, possessing exceptionally refined skills in communicating with clients directly, articulating vision, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What makes me different is structural, and aesthetic.
What sets my work apart is not a style or trend, but lived experience. I photograph and write from inside the realities my clients are navigating—motherhood, marriage, loss, reinvention, leadership, and return. With a background rooted in long-form storytelling, emotional intelligence, and more than a decade of fine-art photography, I approach each project with preparation, restraint, and care. My work is intentionally slow, grounded in place, and shaped by Maine’s landscapes and seasons, allowing people to be seen as they are rather than how they think they should appear.
I don’t want to appeal to everyone, I build trust with people who have lived, are discerning, tired of spectacle, and want their story handled properly.

Eleanor and James chose to elope along the Schoodic Peninsula not to escape tradition, but to refine it. In late October, as the Atlantic deepened and the crowds thinned, their Maine elopement unfolded slowly, guided by land, weather, and intention rather than expectation. This extended editorial explores what it means to marry quietly, thoughtfully, and fully present along the coast of Maine.
