Meet The Team: Staci!!

Staci…our team’s strong, warrior woman who never lets us forget to stand tall and proud. Staci (and this is said with love) takes no shit! She demands we all remember our worth, our strength, and that she always has our back. This beautiful lady can make you giggle with her talent for comic relief, then just as quickly remind you of your worth with her often thoughtful and powerful words. 

Staci is the Campaign Executive at Beaux and Arrows. She was born in Brunswick, Maine, and grew up by the ocean in Harpswell, Maine. She now lives more inland in Central Maine with her family.  Staci’s favorite place in the state is anywhere near the ocean, as she is a self proclaimed  “ocean baby.” There is nothing quite as restorative as the salty, brisk freshness of Maine’s coast.

You can not spend time with Staci without being struck by her beauty, her genuine heart, and her strength and authenticity. She is a champion of women, always encouraging us to own our happiness and stand up for what we believe. She is authentic, strong, and has a wry sense of humor that brings delight to our days. If you need a hype-woman in your life, look no further. When asked how she most wants to impact the world she responded, “For people to remember to be positive and to be comfortable to be themselves.” 

Staci’s favorite place outside of Maine is Boston! Her dad lived in South Boston when she was growing up. Boston has forever since held a special place in her heart as it holds a great deal of lovely memories. She would love to travel absolutely anywhere to see the Northern Lights: “Greenland and Iceland are definitely on my list!” 

Staci’s favorite way to spend her free time is reading and visiting the ocean! If you're curious what might be her drink of choice, any guess would be correct as she enjoys it all. When asked what’s your poison, Staci quickly and honestly answered with “ All of it. Wine, liquor, you name it, I like it.” Her biggest vice you ask? Her answer was quick and honest with that too: “Weed.”

Staci is incredibly open-minded and accepting. She has a special way to make you feel both seen and respected. Not only do we love Staci for this humanity, but she shared that it's also an attribute she loves most about herself, “I love how accepting I can be.” In today’s often harsh and judgmental world we should take great care with those who look for reasons to admire someone, instead of reasons to judge. 

We feel lucky to have such an amazing friend and team member with us. We regularly seek her words of wisdom and advice. She inspires an inner strength and instills confidence in oneself. We are always struck by her genuine beauty and honest nature. You will be more self assured after time with her, afterall when asked what one piece of advice she would give to anyone was, she replied: “Listen to your gut. If it feels wrong, listen to yourself and your intuition.”
