Meet The Team: Rebecca!!

Rebecca….our fearless leader, our beautiful chief, our magnificent matriarch….the one who pushes us and inspires us on the daily. Not everyone is as lucky to have such an influence in their personal and professional lives. We would not be a team, hell we would have likely never met each other, if not for Rebecca, her visions for the future, and her goals for her business and our team as a whole.

Rebecca Pinkham is the Founder and Owner of Beaux and Arrows Photography, Boutique, Tribe, and overall B|A backed excellence. She is the incredible talent behind the lens, who hand picked the team that supports her. The images she captures are stunning. Not everyone can make a still image full of the life it captured, Rebecca is blessed with this talent. Rebecca was born in Patuxent River, Maryland, but came to Maine at six months old. She grew up living in Maine, and she lives and works in Lewiston now along with her beautiful family, including an amazing son and a beautiful fur baby! Her favorite place in this beloved state is “Any back road.”

One of the things that stands out the most when you meet Rebecca is her passion for others. Almost every single effort is centered around helping others, lifting everyone around her up, and instilling a confidence in themselves that too many are lacking. Rebecca is such a helper, a dreamer, and most importantly a doer. When she dreams of a project, it's often larger than life, truly representing just how big Rebecca’s heart is. When asked how she most wants to impact the world she responded, “I want to become a resource for people; to help them succeed in their goals and future endeavors.

Rebecca would love to visit The Highlands in Scotland someday. “It all looks absolutely stunning.” Her favorite place outside of Maine up to this point is The Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma. Every visit uncovered a new beautiful surprise.” Along with the rest of the team, Rebecca dreams of the places we can hopefully someday travel to for photography, team bonding, and memory making.

When she is not capturing wondrous images of her clientele, or helping others (which is almost never, guys!) Rebecca loves mowing the lawn and landscaping, tinkering around her beautiful house-which is also her luxurious in-home studio, and anything mechanical.  Rebecca’s random hobbies also include  reading of scientific happenings, entertaining at her home, and “getting my hands dirty.”

Just where does Rebecca get all the energy she seems to have to constantly be putting others ahead of herself and dreaming up the next big charitable outreach event? She admits that her vice is “Energy drinks… I love AJ’s or a RedBull to start my day.” And at the end of a long day, when she wants to relax her mind, her poison of choice is either whiskey or bourbon, along with just about any kind of cookie!

Rebecca’s altruistic nature is almost evenly matched by her sheer will and stubborn approach to getting things done.  “My greatest vice and guilty choice that I make often is that I am extremely resistant to deterrence.” She has not met a roadblock that she can’t find a way around. She will move mountains for those she cares for. This “grit is also exactly what she loves most about herself. “However, it also tends to be the thing that slows me down at times, too. Balance.

If you cannot tell by now Rebecca is absolutely magical, extremely talented, and the hype woman we all want at our side. She is a stunningly beautiful, magnetic woman that we feel blessed to work for. If you haven't had the opportunity yet to work with her, please make time to do so. Allow her giving nature to inspire you to see what you can do to make the world a better place. If you have a dream, be like Rebecca and make it a reality. Afterall, when asked what one piece of advice she would give to anyone was, her response was simple, yet powerful. “Jump.
