Pear and Radish Salad

I always look forward to my Bon Appetit magazine every month. Learning about new recipes, reading about personal anecdotes about stranger’s favorite recipes, and seeing what’s in trend for eating are things I always enjoy reading about. The magazine is not only geared towards experienced cooks as there are plenty of recipes that are perfect for beginner chefs! 


This month’s cover caught my eye, so I knew it would be a great dish for you all to make! 


The vibrant colors and the simplicity of a pear and a radish were an easy seller for me. Oh, and I can’t forget the nori! I love seaweed, so this will add excellent texture to the dish. This recipe will be quick to prepare, so it’s a perfect meal during a busy work week. 



Although I love the winter season because I enjoy the quiet weekends and comfort food that it brings, I do miss the abundance of produce that summer has to offer. This salad is summer on a plate, which is sometimes what we need when springtime is still a few months away. 



This is our first winter salad we are making at Beaux and Arrows, and it surely will not be the last! I am hoping we can cook up a few more winter salads to get you through this season. 



Although we are still in the thick of winter, spring will be here before you know it. So enjoy the days where you can watch your favorite movies, make delicious casserole dishes, and lounge in clothes that make you feel oh so cozy
